Audio recordings processed through VOXSCRIB are handled either locally on your device, or (with your consent) by trusted partners specializing in transcription and artificial intelligence. All partners adhere to robust privacy policies and comply with international data protection standards. A partner list is available upon request.

4. Data sharing and privacy

VOXSCRIB does not share, sell, or make available any personal or audio data to non-partner third parties. Your data remains confidential and exclusively used for service functionality.

5. Data deletion

Once your transcripts or documents have been processed and downloaded, your audio files and transcripts are immediately deleted from our servers. This ensures full control and security of your private information.
